a- PROJECT AND ESTABLISHMENT

 

  1. Making a regional analysis of the health business that is planned to be established

  2. Determination of the business format and service units of the health business

  3. Providing the drawing of the hospital building architectural project in accordance with international norms and local procedures

  4. Giving guidance on the procedures to be followed and obtaining the local and general permits required for the establishment of a health business

  5. Ensuring the construction of the construction in accordance with the architectural project

  6. We are assisting the relevant construction company during the construction of the hospital building and inspecting the conformity of the productions to the specification.

  7. Coordinating the correct establishment of relations with the Ministry of Health and related units and maintaining these relations

  8. Selection of materials to be used in special sections according to international standards and inspection of their installation

b. PREPARING FOR FEASIBILITY

 

  1. Preparation of establishment and business feasibility in accordance with the determined format of the health business

  2. Subtracting the preliminary research, architectural project, construction costs, infrastructure, gas systems, heating, cooling, and ventilation costs required for the establishment of the healthcare business

  3. Determining the lists of medical devices, equipment and consumables to be used in the health facility

  4. Making a detailed breakdown of the establishment costs of the health business

  5. Determining the operating costs of the health business and reporting in detail

  6. Calculating the costs of the personnel that are specific to the norm staff to be employed and the units that need to be developed in the health enterprise

  7. Analyzing and calculating the routine costs of the health business and the costs depending on certain criteria and creating the expense tables related to them

  8. Determining the income items of the health business and analyzing the incomes that these items will transfer to the business, preparing their accounts and creating their original tables

  9. Estimating the operating expenses and operating incomes of the health business with periodic, annual and ten-year projections and making sense of the statistical accuracy

c. DETERMINATION AND SUPPLY OF MEDICAL DEVICE REQUIREMENT

Making lists of medical devices, equipment and consumables to be used in the hospital, making device layout plans (Room&Room) for all units, determining device and equipment requirements completely, selecting medical devices and equipment, and making the best quality in appropriate conditions provision of equipment.
